Machines for injection molding are designed to produce a wide range of castings of aluminum, zinc, copper and magnesium alloys.

The design of the machines series "E" and "I" all the iPart is possible to connect mechanization: a robotic arm to fill the metal arm to grease the mold; Manipulator-puller castings control device of castings, the apparatus for lubricating the press plunger hydroblocks control rods mounted on the fixed and movable mold halves.

The control system provides the machine in the following modes: commissioning; semi-automatic; automatic - when working machines with mechanical aids.

In 2007, the upgraded models of major components 711A07, 711A08, all components of high technology, improved power consumption characteristics, increased speed performance of individual components and mechanisms, improved hydrodynamic performance mechanism compression significantly reduced the rise time multiplexed pressure, reduced noise and vibration performance machines , increased performance and ergonomics, as well as redesigned cars.

Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment supplied by leading European producers of "Vickers", "Camozzi". The control system can be configured to relay element basis or as agreed with the customer, based on the programmable controller "Omron" or "Siemens".

The new development of machines series "E" high quality castings is achieved by pressing unstressed bypass mechanism, control system based on programmable controllers of "OMRON" or "Siemens", a high degree of visualization of all process parameters and reliability of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment leading manufacturers.

The drive mechanism for pressing a multiplier instead of oil using compressed nitrogen gas, the compressibility of the gas allows therefore absorb slugging and reduce the peak pressure in the working cavity of the mold and, consequently, to minimize the locking force. A separate circuit of the multiplier drive allows, regardless of the speed of movement of the plunger to make the adjustment and maintenance of pressing force during operation, which increases the stability of the technological parameters of the pressing mechanism.

Particular attention is paid to the safety of the operator-caster, which installed electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic lock against unauthorized closing of the mold that is the most dangerous in the machine for injection molding.

To protect the mold from damage provided electrohydraulic device that is triggered in the event of a finding of the connector mold casting residues, burr, etc. The main technological parameters (pressing force, the way the press plunger in phases 1 and 2, the moment of switching 3-phase compression) is programmed and controlled. If necessary, the graphics path, pressure in the piston chamber of the cylinder and the speed of pressing the press plunger in each phase of compression can be seen on the computer display.

By replacing the traditional methods of obtaining parts by injection molding, you not only get significant benefits, but also make a contribution to the solution of environmental problems, because the technology does not hurt the environment.

1.2 The unit melter distributing modes. A711I09.55.00.000

Unit melter dispenser designed to maintain the temperature of the molten aluminum in the crucible at the operating temperature (720-800). Allowed to use the unit for melting aluminum alloys.

Applications: machines and automated lines for injection molding with closing force of the mold from 1600 kN to 6300 kN.

The unit is equipped with a melter-distributing iron crucible, heaters made of wire spiral high ohmic resistance of the heaters in manual and automatic modes. Selecting the operating mode, as well as switching on and off of heaters made by the operator manually with a universal switch. Measuring, recording and automatic temperature control of the melt temperature and the heaters is performed through electronic potentiometers.
